Booking Policy:
- Appointment Requests: To book an appointment, please contact Rainy Daze Tattoos through the preferred communication channels, including text, email, or in-person visits. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your desired date and time. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on artist availability.
- Consultation: For custom tattoo designs or significant modifications, we require an initial consultation. This consultation allows us to understand your ideas, discuss design possibilities, and determine the estimated time and cost for your tattoo. Consultations can be scheduled separately or discussed via email or text prior to the appointment.
- Deposit: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will vary depending on the tattoo session's size, complexity, and duration. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
- Age Restrictions: Rainy Daze Tattoos strictly adhere to legal age restrictions for tattooing. No one under 18 will be tattooed, even with parental consent. Valid identification is required for all clients.
- Health and Safety: Prior to your appointment, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. We will not tattoo an ill client. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and maintain a clean and sterile environment to ensure your safety.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48-hour notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Provide sufficient notice to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
- No-shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require a higher deposit or pre-payment.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to artist availability.
- Artist's Discretion: In rare cases where the tattoo artist is unable to perform the tattoo due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund of the deposit.
